In 2004 there were 20+ properties that sold in Lillooet. In January 2005 there were approx. 26 for rent ads in the local classifieds. In the year of 2005 the sales increased to approx. 72 properties being sold; 2006 approximately 78. Sale prices have increased and it has been a very exciting few years in Real Estate. In 2007 there were over 100 local property sales, with vacant land sales jumping from 7 in 2006 to approximately 40! For rent ads have dwindled down to only three some weeks in the local classifieds.
