There is selling, and there is high performance selling. Anybody can sell, and everybody has. Since we were children we have been selling to our parents, teachers and peers. High performance selling is what is required and expected of a professional, and this is what I have to offer.

High performance selling is not near as simple as selling- you have to learn it, you have to explore it, and if one strategy isn’t working for a particular property- you have to change it! I am not interested in posting my sign in front of your property and becoming content with the idea that someone will contact me. If we don’t get the attention we need from my initial advertising campaign, I will start another one- one more broad than the first.

Selling your property is my first priority. Advertising your property will include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Multiple Listing Service (M.L.S.). This Internet service (www.mls.ca) is subscribed to by almost all Realtors, is accessible to the public, and is Canada-wide.
• Local Newspaper. Your property will be advertised in full colour, in the weekly Lillooet- Bridge River Newspaper.
• Royal LePage official web-site. With over 580 offices and 11,000 representatives across Canada, anybody who visits our franchise will have access to your listing.
• My own Business Web-site. You are here now! Take a minute to check out my current listings.
• Kiosk. Royal LePage Westwin has a kiosk located at the Sahali Centre Mall. Here your property’s photo and description will be available for the viewing of potential purchasers who do not have access to the internet.
• Royal LePage Westwin Kamloops Office- Located at 800 Seymour Street, Kamloops, your listing will be displayed in the window at this location.
• Royal LePage Westwin Lillooet Office- Located at 666 Main Street, Lillooet, your listing will also be displayed in the window at this location.
• Kamloops This Week Newspaper. Your property will be featured in the strip-ads of Kamloops’ favorite newspaper’s Real Estate Weekly component.
• Signs. A Royal LePage directional sign will be used if your property is ‘out of the way’ and a ‘For Sale’ sign will be placed in front of your property for those in the area to see.
• Other varying print advertising depending on your particular property, and the attention it received from the initial advertising campaign.

• Free Home Evaluation. Not sure of a selling price that will accommodate a competitive edge? I can provide you with an evaluation based on the market information in your neighbourhood.
• Short notice showing of your property. Your Realtor needs to be available for short-notice appointments or you may lose a sale. I am available any day, anytime. My answering service is available 24/7 so you can have me paged anytime.
• Quality Photographs. When I visit your property I will take quality pictures that demonstrate and compliment its many features.
